Planning + Design


Full Service Event Planning + Design is recommended for the busy couple that does not have time to plan a wedding! With full service wedding planning and design, we will be there from your first purchase to when the last guest departs, to make sure it's the day you have always dreamed about. You get to enjoy all the fun aspects of planning your wedding, while avoiding the stress and anxiety that can occur. We start with getting to know you both- your styles, your likes, your favorite foods and colors- and then work together to create the perfect day. We also pair you with our curated list of amazing vendors! We review and manage all contracts, setup all meetings, visits and tastings.  We have planned and designed weddings for 30 to 500 guests in venues throughout the west coast.  Our couples' budgets generally begin at $30,000. Price for full coordination starting at $3500.

Assistance finding and contracting your venue

Hiring and management of all weddings vendors

Complete wedding design including a design proposal

A detailed day of timeline and event production schedule

Reception layouts created alongside your rental team

Vendor confirmation the month prior to your event

Coordination of your ceremony rehearsal
